This segment covers every registered .bar domain that resolves to an address (registry zone file), parked and dormant ones included. Each domain is resolved in DNS and counted once, for the network (ASN) announcing its IP address, grouped by company; a site behind a CDN such as Cloudflare counts for the CDN, not for the origin server behind it.
